An expanding community reach working with councils, schools, universities, shopping centres, train station upgrades and airports. Providing all elements from design to installation using world class materials and a strong focus on adhering to compliance for each project.
You will be impressed with the tight knit team culture, working as a key member within a strong team in Sydney’s inner west suburbs. 
  

The Opportunity.
  
As a team player you will engage and respond to range of product and service enquiries. You will provide technical expertise to clients who are troubleshooting our product range, with a variety of customers including Plumbers, Builders, Developers and Universities, Schools and Councils.
  
Manage contractors including organising site visits to quote installations on a national level, plus manage the hire of products including quoting and identifying new or added solutions to assist valued customers; and offer maintenance packages to new and existing customers.
You will also manage warranty claims with clients, contractors, suppliers and the operations department.
  

Your Experience.  

  • Experience in internal sales, customer service and exposure to estimation, project coordination or administration
  • Ideally you will have a good knowledge of plumbing products, but this is not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
  • Team oriented, with the ability to lead and influence internal stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen to maintain and develop customer relationships
