The Opportunity: Gen Physio continues to grow rapidly, and to maintain our current high quality service levels, we are looking for a Senior Talent Coordinator to assist in growing our high performing team. This will be a diverse role giving you the freedom to implement best practice recruitment strategies. You will have plenty of support along the way from a positive and uplifting team.

In this Role you will:
Create talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Determine current staffing needs by working with Head of Departments
Develop and maintain relationships with universities and organising career events
Lead, oversee and supervise the talent acquisition team
Ensure talent acquisition policies and procedures are reviewed regularly
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment environment
Previous Experience within the health industry would be advantageous
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience using recruitment program JobAdder
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet & laptop/computer
