The National Grower Register (NGR) offers growers across Australia a secure and streamlined registration process using a single delivery card. NGR cards are used for delivery to a number of sites and by over 170 agri businesses. A fantastic opportunity is now available at our Toowoomba based office.
As part of a small, energetic and professional company, this position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service via phone and email. In addition to this you will actively use your skills to keeping our Grower Register up to date to ensure that all NGR data provided to our data subscribers is congruent with the NGR standards of quality and integrity. You will also support our users in the use of our myNGR online applications, using your skills to trouble shoot issues, provide guidance on how to complete and return common industry forms, register for a NGR Card and maintain their data within their grower record.
The role is a casual position with varied weekly hours from 20 37.5 hours per week.
The Complete Applicant:
All applicants must be customer focused and have experience in customer service and administration. You will require excellent verbal communication, demonstrated problem solving skills, a high attention to detail, an ability to display empathy and resolve conflict. All applicants must have strong computer literacy (especially in excel and word) and the ability to learn new systems easily, as well as being a comfortable multi-tasker.
