Customer Service Supervisor (7 Month Maternity Leave Contract)

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Customer Service extraordinaire to supervise and coordinate the daily and weekly resourcing of our small customer service team responsible for servicing both our Online and Wholesale customers. Youll be a confident communicator, acting as the conduit between Customer Service and the business in addition to being comfortable operating as a Customer Service Consultant yourself where volumes require. Our ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive, solutions focused mindset and be comfortable rolling their sleeves up and alternating between coordination of the team and getting their hands dirty. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a small team of 3 Customer Service Consultants
  • Coordinating the daily and weekly resourcing of the team
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of each of the Customer Service Consultant roles, supporting training, upskilling or stepping in where volumes or absences require
  • Report and present at weekly meetings on behalf of the customer service team, detailing findings, planning and suggested actions to inform the greater head office
  • Be a brand advocate and provide exemplary customer service consistent with our brand philosophy to all our consumers
  • Actively look for ways to improve the way we work or simplify processes


This is a 7 month fixed term maternity leave contract that can be considered on either a flexible full time or part time (0.8 FTE) basis.

Who are you
You are a perfect match with these essentials:

  • At least 1+ years experience Leading or Supervising a team in a similar capacity
  • At least 3+ years experience in a Customer Service role, working across both Online and Wholesale environments
  • At least 2+ years experience using ZenDesk
