Finance Administration Assistant

MTE currently have a position available for a great all rounder to work as a Finance Administration Assistant for a local plumbing company.

Responsibilities will include

  • Answering phones
  • General office administration
  • Invoice Data Entry Geo/Xero
  • Data Entry Geo Job Cards
  • Scheduling Data Entry
  • Timesheets
  • Debtors Follow Ups
  • Stock Pricing Update (Xero)
  • Maintaining Asset Register
  • Stock Orders
  • Compliance/Quality Assist (Job Share)

Attributes and Qualities we are looking for in a candidate are

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience and/or qualifications in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude
  • Display outstanding organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Be motivated and work independently although part of a close knit team
  • Ability to hold and maintain a professional relationship with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient use of technology including full Microsoft Suit, Xero and Geo (preferred)
