About the Role:
Key responsibilities of this role include maximising service delivery, operational efficiency and mitigating operational risk, while meeting contractual obligations. Lead the learning and development and Occupational Health and Safety activities throughout Detection Services. Lead the implementation of risk, safety and compliance activities to optimise Detection Services service delivery. Implement continuous improvement activities and other initiatives as indicated.

Sercos Traffic Camera Services (TCS) division operates Victoria`s mobile safety camera program, maintains fixed red light cameras and provides image verification services to the State of Victoria. We have over 250 dedicated staff working to help reduce Victoria`s Road Toll. We currently have a Full Time opportunity for a Coordinator-Fleet and Equipment to join our TCS team. This role involves supporting Victorias mobile safety camera program by managing a team of Technical Support Officer and Camera Technicians.
