Administration Manager – School Support and Human Resources
Day to day this role provides direct leadership to the School Support Centre team and, through this, ensures a high level of support is provided to staff and students. The role also provides leadership in the administration processes across the school to ensure an efficient, highly professional and streamlined approach to school wide administration processes. The role works closely with the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources functions of the school with a particular focus on coach recruitment, human resource administration support and the professional learning of support staff.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, highly professional and knowledgeable administrator, with previous leadership experience. You will possess excellent skills with the Microsoft Office suite and have the ability to quickly grasp new computer systems and share this knowledge with others. You will enjoy working at a fast pace, whilst never compromising on accuracy.
You will work with administration staff and the leadership team across the school to find innovative ways to ensure the school’s administration processes are efficient and service focused. Whilst it isn’t essential that the successful candidate has previous human resource experience or qualifications, it is essential that they value developing others skills and sharing their knowledge. Your warm and professional manner and excellent communication skills will be valuable as you work to build relationships across the school community with staff, students and families.
This role will initially be offered on a 12-month contract with the potential to extend if mutually agreeable at the end of this.
