Sales Consultant

Banjo's Corporation are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Consultant to assist with the management of our Corporate Owned Banjo's Stores and assist with Training of Franchisees and their staff. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of this position is to provide training and training resources to clients/employees internally and externally. It also involves all aspects of company owned store management with a strong focus on operational procedures and Human Resource Management of our stores sales staff. 

This position requires full availability 7 days a week, including a reasonable amount of overtime depending on business needs. The right candidate must be able to travel where required.  

 

Qualifications/ Requirements  

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 (desired) 
  • The equivalent of 3 years current Industry experience within the Business and Hospitality/Restaurant Sectors (desired) 
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Working With Children Check and National Police Check;
  • Sound experience and knowledge in the delivery of training;
  • Sound knowledge and experience in effective performance management
  • Experience in award interpretation (predominantly the Restaurant Industry award and Fast Food Award) - Or ability/willingness to obtain this quickly.
  • Knowledge of all guidelines associated with training in all states of Australia;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Hold a Class ( c ) Drivers licence

  • A process based thinker that can work within the existing Company structures but also have the ability to communicate effectively with Management and employees as required;
  • Sound and efficient knowledge in delivering all aspects of training
  • Experience effectively performance managing employees, 
  • Ability to work as part of team or autonomously where required;
  • Ability to prioritise responsibilities and meet Company deadlines;
  • Ability to efficiently multitask workloads in a busy environment to produce results;
  • High degree of initiative, motivation and problem solving abilities;
  • Positive attitude.
