Thunderbird Ag is an Australian made manufacturer of animal management and livestock weighing systems based in Mudgee, NSW. We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate should be an enthusiastic and dedicated team player who enjoys multitasking.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production & day to day business operations
Inventory control / Supply chain
Overseeing section Managers
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Product quality control
Management meetings Weekly & monthly
Inspired leadership of company culture
Excellent computer / data entry skills Specifically Microsoft Excel
Ability to build relationships with management, supplier partners and employees
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
The ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
The ability to resolve conflict
Planning and organising skills
