About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month fixed term Transactional Purchasing Officer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the day to day transactional processing of TasNetworks' purchasing requirements. You willmanage TasNetworks procurement processand ensuretimely coordination of purchasing requests for the ordering and delivery of goods and services.
About the Business
At TasNetworks, we own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 285,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers.
Customer service and stakeholder relationships will see you succeed in this role as well as the ability to prioritise and plan to ensure an organised workload. Experience in SAP is strongly desired, knowledge and experience in the administration of procurement functions in a medium to large organisation will be beneficial.
