About The Role:
Australian Lawn Concepts is looking to employ a committed individual to work within all areas of turf production. This varied role will see you operate tractors, a turf harvester and mower, fertilising, planting and maintenance of plant to name a few. Main role will be working with the harvesting and ferrying team. As well as the stand-alone work youll also be collaborating with the rest of our team.

Experienced in machinery operation, particularly tractors is essential
Current Drivers Licence and vehicle to get to and from work
Flexible there is some seasonal weekend and night shift work (approx 6 months afternoon - night shift)
Proven history of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Willing to undergo all jobs associated with turf production
A commitment to continued improvement, learning and a positive safety culture
