Finance Team Leader

Are you a tech savvy Finance and Admin leader looking to grow and support a small team in a meaningful profit for purpose organisation Reporting to the CFO, Eskleigh is looking for a hands-on leader who can contribute to development of business analysis tools, support payroll, IT and operational finance operations and play an integral part in the growth of the Eskleigh business as it embraces new technologies.

Relevant professional experience in the following areas:

  • Internal and external business finance reporting and accounting.
  • Compiling month and year end data for reporting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing systems to create process and information efficiencies.
  • Display strong coaching skills and ability to develop relationships and support leaders understand business information.
  • Utilise Power BI or a similar program to create dashboards and analyse business information.
  • Experience with MYOB Advanced or similar accounting packages.
  • Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management.
  • Experience with NFP and NDIS Funding an advantage.
  • Ability to solve problems independently, manage competing deadlines whilst paying attention to detail.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.  You will have a confident and positive personality.

You need to possess:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in an NFP/NDIS organisation advantage but not essential.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business.
  • CPA/CA qualification not required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
