1 year maternity leave position, which may be extended or become permanent
Duties include: answering phones, mail, banking, maintaining office and mill supplies, liaise between office and mill staff, liaise with customers, data entry production sheets, process customer orders, daily invoicing, produce reports, possess good computer skills using MSOffice for emailing using outlook, word and excel, ability and willingness to learn industry specific accountant package, complete statistical reports, assist financial manager with EOM processes and reconciliations. The position is situated within a busy, working environment in the timber mill at Penrose. Salary will be based on experience and discussed at interview. Full training provided.
