We are seeking a stand out Operations Manager who is an exceptional organiser and communicator, both written and oral to be on the road and in the office organising and overseeing the jobs and workers.

- Construction or demolition background preferable (at least 2 years)
- Ensure compliance to Health and Safety on all sites
- Organisation of the trucks and teams
- Coordination of projects to ensure quality, cost and times are all in line with approved project plans
- Be the first point of contact for workers and ensure they stick to their time frames
- Skills: Self driven, reliable, good leadership, great communication skills, good work ethic, passionate, attention to detail
- Understand and implement processes and procedures
- Includes company vehicle, phone and laptop
- Must have a valid White card
Must have full working rights in Australia and the ability to work full time
Must have a strong level of English both written and oral
Must have a full drivers licence
