We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Port Douglas office as a Client Service Coordinator in a maternity relief contract for 12months. The Client Service Coordinator is a position that is at the center of our client experience. We are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, who can be the concierge to the accounting team along with assisting clients to ensure they have access to their accountant when they need it.
Internally, this role is responsible for coordinating the client onboarding process, scheduling client meetings and following up lodgments and client work. You will support our client service teams by delivering a mix of front of house and back of house administration tasks, this includes reception, scanning, filing and collating client documents, mail management and data entry. The role will also include personal assistant support to the practice Principal.
Externally, this role is responsible for communicating with clients to gain access to client files, resolve queries the accounting team may have and act as the key liaison between the client and the team.
To be successful in the role you will be an outstanding communicator, thrive on variety, and enjoy building both internal and external relationships. Although not necessary, a background with an accounting firm would be desirable, along with an enthusiastic attitude, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
