Administration Assistant

UHY Haines Norton Perth is a nationally associated Chartered Accounting Practice located in West Perth looking for an Administration Assistant to join our vibrant administration team. 

This role is a 3 full-time day position - ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills which will enable them to deal with suppliers, clients and staff in a timely and friendly manner.

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Reception relief when required
  • Debt collection follow up with clients and liaise with agencies if required
  • Maintaining archive register - retrieving and sending archives as requested/required
  • Scanning and recording of client documents on the system 
  • General administration assistance as required

Experience in the accounting or similar industry would be preferable.
