Customer Service Manager

The Role

  • Perm full-time role
  • Hours of work will be 9am 5pm Mon-Fri
  • Annual salary$100,000 +Super paid for knowledge and experience

 

The Key responsibilities

  • Review and improve customer service policies and procedures
  • Manage day to day customer cornplaints and enquiries
  • Follow up customer feedbacks and improve customer services
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounting and other departments to solve the problems and concerns raised by customers
  • Analyse and advise the impact of product quality, pricing and delivery time on sales growth
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with key customers
  • Ad hoc duties as directed

 

Experience & Skill required 

  • At least 5 years highly relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve targets and KPIs
  • Ability to innovative and deliver solutions to optimize business processes
  • Demonstrated strong time management, prioritising, multitasking and organisation skills
  • Love providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients
