What youll be doing:

  • Developing and building relationships with large multi-residential construction companies and related industry partners
  • Creating multi-product installation and connection solutions from energy, to renewables, energy storage and NBN
  • Utilising our state-of-the-art software, youll collaborate with customers, installation partners, and AGL customer services teams to ensure the best experience
  • identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to achieve better connection outcomes
  • Staying close to the customer experience, youre across any issues or problems, providing the right outcomes quickly with the backing of the broader AGL customer service team

About You

What you will bring to the table:

  • Solid experience in Business Development roles, with a great understanding of sales and related processes and an interest in building your strategic account management capabilities
  • Knowledge of the building and construction industry in Australia, with an interest in working with Sales Partners in various locations across NSW
  • The ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels enabling you to understand the complexities and intricacies of customer requirements
  • Interest and understanding of Energy, Solar/Battery, NBN Sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an appetite for learning new information and challenging current ways of working
