Showroom Admin/Personal Assistant

Osier Belle is a high-end, luxury designer outdoor furniture business based in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
We are a small but productive team that is proud to provide the highest level of customer service and care in the industry. We are supportive of each other, relatively informal in management, focusing on customised services and products to the highest level. 

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist us in our stunning Neutral Bay Showroom 2-3 days a week. 
Although the role will be predominately administrative tasks, showroom upkeep & personal assistance, our showroom does get busy on the weekends, so we require someone who has a lovely & inviting character to help support sales staff if required. 
This position does require for you to have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle as there will times you will need to pick up/deliver to our seamstress and help complete stock-take at our warehouse in Mona Vale.
If you are the perfect all rounder, looking for additional work, this is the role for you!

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 5pm 
(Initially, we require Saturday/Sunday/Monday to conduct training rather than a Friday) 
Some flexibility on hours can be discussed but weekends are essential.

Skills Required
We are looking for a friendly, reliable & responsible team member who is organised & well presented to assist our current Osier Belle Sales & Admin Team.
We are a small team, who all wear many hats so we are looking for a support staff member to fill in the gaps of our workloads.
The role is based in a very upmarket designer showroom, so it is essential your English speaking skills are excellent. 

In addition you'll have previous experience in:

- Emails, inbound & outbound via Gmail

- Phone Calls, inbound & outbound

- Google Drive

- Intermediate MS Office Skills

- Ability to work in a team & individually

- Customer Service or Sales experience

- Excellent & professional English writing skills

- Apple & PC Computers

- Social Media

Preferred but not essential:

- Flare for styling and interior design

- Dropbox

- Photoshop

- POS Payment Systems (Eftpos, eWAY, cash handling)
