About the position:

This is an exciting new full-time position providing a unique opportunity to make a difference in the Tasmanian community.


What youll need to succeed:

  • Strong business acumen and financial capability with a demonstrated track record of delivering business growth and value through product development and partnering opportunities.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and deal structuring skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills; a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgement and recommendations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management and solution implementation across all business channels.
  • Well developed skills across customer centric design, including customer sensing, research  and customer journey mapping.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Analyse and evaluate key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies, identify opportunities to expand market share and deliver improved benefits to members.
  • Develop, negotiate and implement new business partnership opportunities to drive product and member value outcomes.
  • Manage new product development activities including research, market testing, product delivery, pricing and user experience.
  • Engage RACTs member operations team to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake customer-centric design to develop and improve customer journeys, communication and member value opportunities.
  • Contribute to the growth in membership, deeper member relationships, enhanced member experience and increased member value.
