About the position:
This is an exciting new full-time position providing a unique opportunity to make a difference in the Tasmanian community.
What youll need to succeed:
Strong business acumen and financial capability with a demonstrated track record of delivering business growth and value through product development and partnering opportunities.
Highly developed communication skills.
Demonstrated negotiation and deal structuring skills.
Outstanding analytical skills; a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgement and recommendations.
Comprehensive understanding of project management and solution implementation across all business channels.
Well developed skills across customer centric design, including customer sensing, research and customer journey mapping.
The successful candidate will:
Analyse and evaluate key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies, identify opportunities to expand market share and deliver improved benefits to members.
Develop, negotiate and implement new business partnership opportunities to drive product and member value outcomes.
Manage new product development activities including research, market testing, product delivery, pricing and user experience.
Engage RACTs member operations team to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Undertake customer-centric design to develop and improve customer journeys, communication and member value opportunities.
Contribute to the growth in membership, deeper member relationships, enhanced member experience and increased member value.
