Your role at Ausgrid

Reporting to the Inventory Operations Manager, the Inventory Analyst manages the development and deployment of inventory strategy and materials management systems and collects, analyses and presents data relating to the operations of Inventory, Materials & Purchasing

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will hold Tertiary qualifications in Purchasing & Supply or related discipline.  You will have experience in inventory management, procurement processes and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain. We need you to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and deliver best practice inventory management methodologies.

  • Extensive experience in capturing data
  • Ability to analyse, prepare and collate information within deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in SAP and PowerBI
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or autonomously to effectively deliver work outcomes
