After successfully completing a Strategic Review, resulting in the development of their 4-Year Strategic Plan, that supports an unwavering commitment to quality outcomes, partnering with clients and fostering long-term relationships, it has now been determined to commence a national search and recruitment process to appoint a high-calibre General Manager/ Business Development Leader as the organisation embarks on its next phase of growth.
Reporting to the Board, the role will be a key member of ADEPT Technologys leadership team, charged with strategically developing and implementing the growth strategy with full P&L responsibility for all Revenue, Finance and Operational activities and the daily management of operations across the entire ADEPT Technology services portfolio. The position has a strong emphasis on sales growth and converting new business development initiatives that lead to profitable outcomes. Your specific responsibilities will include;
- Identifying, Securing New Business Sales
- Account Management, Client Liaison & Solution Selling
- Pricing Strategy/ Sales Accountability
- Building Long-Term Relationships
- Driving/ Championing Growth
- Organisational Leadership and,
- Delivering The 4-Year Strategic Plan
The Successful Candidate
You will have extensive Leadership, Sales/ Business Development and Operational Management experience, with well-credentialed "Hunting" skills, coupled with the ability to identify opportunities for continued product portfolio growth. Looking to take the next step in your career, you are energetic and dynamic, passionate about Business Development and building sales opportunities. Youre likely to have gained experience in General Management, Sales/ Marketing/ Operations roles gained within the Management Consulting, Professional Services, IT/ ICT / Software or aligned sectors, however of greater importance is your ability to lead a team, sell, build sales and develop strong business relationships. In addition, you'll need a strong analytical skill set, sharp commercial acumen and excellent leadership development capabilities, communication and negotiation skills.
