Forming the part of our internal creative team, the person is responsible for directing, capturing & executing of various creative contents & videos posted on our website & social platforms. In addition, this role is responsible conceptualizing, directing and producing all in-house video and audio requests, including studio and remote shoots, live streaming events, podcasts, VO recordings and media hosting.
Responsible for directing, capturing & editing of live streaming events & Video recordings
Execute video strategy for commercial content through the end to end management of video production process from researching/sourcing stories, scripting and storyboarding, allocating resources through to the technical aspects of lighting, sound, filming and editing.
Capable of executing direction, concepts or storyboards to align with our Brands
Manage story planning, project coordination, pre-production and post-production for various video content production including live streaming.
Work closely to understand our people, values & brands to tell everyday stories
Integrate evolving digital video initiatives in creating innovative and compelling content that drives engagement levels using a variety of digital platforms including social media, web and EDMs.
Ability to work with editors, publishers, journalists, managers and directors to produce custom designed corporate video pieces to strict brand guidelines.
Passion to create video content from everyday stories that inspires, informs and captivates clients and consumers.
Demonstrated experience in relationship building, influencing and managing stakeholder expectations.
Open to change and ambiguity whilst demonstrating own initiative and proactivity.
Content design for static and animated material for both digital platforms including OTT and broadcast.
Minimum three (3)+ years of work experience as Creative Director, Brand Storyteller, Videographer within content creation, content editing, production
A degree within the discipline of film, media or television (desirable)
A creative and visual thinker with a strong visual eye
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets, and levels
Strong ability to understand people & accept new ideas, Strong communication skills comfortable asking for feedback and or trying to move projects in different creative directions
Understanding of why content performs well for certain situations and adapts execution appropriately
Outstanding proficiency within Adobe Creative Cloud.
Larger understanding of audio & light engineering
Robust and hands-on understanding of the principles of videography, the production process, motion graphics design, and video editing and techniques.
Ability to bring a project through to completion (including basic colour correction and audio mix, as needed).
Strong portfolio of photography and demo reel for videography
