The Project Manager will negotiate and manage the life cycle of UCS projects to achieve financial and customer service objectives. You will also provide efficient management of UCS projects from inception through to completion including monitoring and control of project costs and schedules. You will be expected to work closely with senior staff to identify, plan and execute activities in line with UCS Values and broader corporate strategies. The position is based from our Hallam depot in VIC however travel to our customer sites located throughout VIC is required. Key Selection Criteria/Competencies include:
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years project management and electrical infrastructure construction experience along with a high level of technical understanding of the Victorian Electricity Distribution Industry.
Organisational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks and responsibilities, as well as remain calm and focused in busy times.
Customer Service/Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated customer service with a passion for nurturing customer relationships, taking pride in your work and delivering great outcomes for our customers.
Teamwork: Ability and desire to work as part of a team making a valued contribution to a positive and successful team culture.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to listen, articulate clearly and engage with customers and colleagues in accordance with the companys values.

Qualifications, Licences and Certificates:
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Electrical or Construction Management or similar discipline (desirable)
Certificate or Diploma in Project Management (essential)
Driver's Licence: Hold and maintain a Victorian Drivers Licence (essential)
General Construction Induction Card (White Card) (essential)
