Coordinator -Technical & Security

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Coordinator to showcase their attention to detail and strong organisational skills in this central and pivotal role

Your role as Coordinator will include:

  • Coordinating all service & installation work for staff and subcontractors daily
  • Schedule planned and unplanned work in an effective manner, to ensure these are completed within the expected time frames
  • Provide friendly, professional service to our clients through a timely response to telephone and email inquiry 
  • Generate all required documents for work to be carried out, from quote to invoicing, and plan labour requirements for such work
  • Prepare weekly rosters, check and authorise daily time-sheets
  • Prepare invoicing & maintain accurate job sheets
  • Manage "work in progress" jobs for completion, following up of suppliers and rescheduling works where required

Your skills as Coordinator will include:

  • Previous, recent experience as a Coordinator in security, technical, building, facilities management or similar industry
  • Experience in scheduling resources
  • Professional communication and exceptional customer service
  • Ability to productively manage their time, whilst juggling multiple priorities
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good geographical knowledge of the Gold Coast and surrounding areas
  • A high level of efficiency and attention to detail
  • Strong Word and Excel skills are essential plus previous experience using a job management system and HR package
  • Understand and follow the regulatory framework, including OH&S legislation and Australian Standards
