Payroll Project Specialist - 6 months Contract - Excellent Salary Package

Seeking an experienced Payroll Project Specialist to work with the team!! 

In this position you are required, but not limited to:

  • Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training
  • Support the wider team with technical and customer queries
  • Implement payroll product - plan, review and set up new client on system.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience as a Payroll Specialist/Manager.
  • Strong experience in process mapping, process improvement and risk analysis & mitigation.
  • Strong Award interpretation and payroll compliance experience.
  • Ability to review and develop best practice processes with a pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to lead meetings, workshops or related presentations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
