The primary role of the Sales Executive is to assist our sales team to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, presenting, or planning other means of generating interest from potential clients. It is important for this person to develop a rapport with new clients as well as to grow and retain existing clients.
You will identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, convert opportunities into clients/projects while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
You will liaise with sales team on integrated digital opportunities to demonstrate to the clients how our suite of products can assist business at all levels.
You will also manage the workflow and expectations for all stakeholders internally and externally.
Developing strategies to attract and win new businesses
Establishing, nurture and grow client relationships
Actively seeking and developing new opportunities for growth within existing clients
Contributing to the development of tender submissions or proposals, working with the senior team
Ensuring forecast sales targets are met
Cold calling as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Sales proposing and forecast documents production (not the actual numbers, just putting them together)
Sales pipeline and timeline / job management using our CRM (Bitrix24)
Monitoring client accounts, checking that thresholds are being met and accounts are being optimised
Graphic production and copywriting
Sales experience in
PPC, SEM,SEO and programmatic display (including video)
Paid social media marketing, native advertising and integrated content
Analytics and Campaign reporting (progressive and PCR)
3-5 years digital sales and business development experience (ideally within the digital sector)
Excellent communication, management and influencing skills
Developing, implementing and delivering on agreed business strategies and planning
Understanding of the modern digital market and the role of video in content management/marketing
Existing network of contacts
Accurate revenue tracking, planning and reporting
Efficient communication at all levels
It would be an advantage to have experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic HTML
