We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator for an upcoming project at Cadia Mine, on a full time basis for 50 hours per week.
Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
Daily data entry of payroll and hours;
Procurement of materials and entry of creditor invoices;
Maintaining files and reports such as training, personnel, safety, quality assurance, business and operational;
Organising rosters, booking flights and Accommodation for employees;
Collating and distributing reports and other correspondence;
Carrying out administrative tasks for the management team
This is a permanent role with overtime time rates applied.
This is a fast paced role and requires the ability to work autonomously but also communicate well with individuals at all levels, along with;
; A high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet numerous deadlines and resolve queries/problems;
Self-motivation to work under minimal supervision;
Highly proficient in Excel and Word;
Experience working in the construction industry highly regarded
