Recognised as an industry specialist, Toll Resources, part of Tolls Global Logistics Division, provides scalable logistics and project management solutions to the Mining, Upstream Oil & Gas and Downstream Energy sectors. We combine our extensive experience in supply chain management with strategically located facilities to provide agile transport and logistics solutions across Australia, Asia and beyond.
A senior leadership position, the General Manager - Business Development and Client Management will lead a team focused on revenue generation, growth opportunities and client management for Toll Resources. In addition, this role will seek out opportunities to utilise the broader Toll Group network and capabilities to enhance our service to deliver an end to end customer offering.
The role will be responsible for defining business strategies to drive organic growth and lead expansion into new and existing markets for the Toll Group. You will develop detailed customer, competitor, regional and market segment strategies along with providing a deep knowledge of the sector to generate insights.
Working in partnerships with our leaders, business development and sales teams you will be a significant contributor and to return on capital and EBIT performance for Toll Resources. You will lead the communication and marketing of our diverse service offering to our existing and target customers, encourage and lead new thinking around how to develop long term strategic partnerships and continually bring and share new ideas on how to develop opportunities.
You are a senior leader with demonstrated experience in business development and sales strategy for Tier 1 customers, ideally with a resource industry background. You inspire and lead a high performing business development and sales team, naturally develop and maintain strong customer relationships and possess a network of contacts and customers nationally. We would expect that your qualifications compliment your experience and enhances your ability to perform your role.
