PA to Director/HR Officer:

Duties

  • Email and Diary Management for Director of a medium size company
  • Manage and Co-ordinate all the Directors personal activities/errands/appointments
  • Overseeing the maintaining of kitchen and office area
  • Managing and coordinating HR
  • Managing and coordination of Social media platforms with external providers
  • Reception duties
  • Ad hoc duties as delegated by the Director/Studio Manager/Business Manager  
  • Monthly minute taking & coordinating the Executive and Admin meetings

Criteria

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a fast-paced firm
  • Must work with a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, intermediate level of Photoshop, basic level of MYOB
  • Working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Proven high-level of customer service
  • Experience in implementing HR & Administration processes/procedures
  • Drivers Licence (NSW)
  • Experience in previous architectural, heritage or town planning firms would be advantageous but not essential
