Our Export Documentation Service are used when the clients would like our experienced team to become their virtual exports team and manage all documents and export logistics on their behalf. 

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our organisation based in Sydney that will focus on selling our Software and Services to export houses and export logistics businesses across Australia. 

Position Summary:

You will help identify, establish and nurture customer relationships by using a consultative sales approach to identify the prospect's needs, qualify them as a sales opportunity & deliver exceptional customer service. You will work with warm & cold leads when selling our solutions and service, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help you build your network and pipeline.

Departmental/Operational Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Qualify, develop and close software/services opportunities of smaller size.
  • Route qualified enterprise/large opportunities to the appropriate for development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned set of portfolio. 
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Key Competencies, Education, and Skills Required:

  • Tertiary qualification (e.g. marketing, international business, accounting or similar);
  • Minimum 3 years of proven inside sales experience for B2B software/services
  • Good understanding of Australian export processes will be a strong plus
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
