We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Program Support Officer to join us in either a full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE), 12 month contract role with possible extension.
Role and responsibilities
As a Program Support Officer you will:
have exceptional office administration, customer service, and reception skills;
A passion for and ability to quickly learn about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Aged Care Services Sector;
Enter and maintain accurate and timely client services data into various software programs;
quickly build relationships with clients and staff to provide exceptional support both internally and externally;
have a mature, patient and confident communication style;
Support case managers and business managers with a variety of administration and program activities;
An ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities is essential to this key position;
Exceptional IT skills and computer literacy is essential;
Have a positive, solution focused approach.
As a Program Support Officer you will support a variety of functions including reception, on call and program management activities. You will be a part of our after hours On Call roster and will be paid an additional allowance for this function.

Experience and/or qualification in business and/or administration
Experience and/or qualification in the aged care/disability sectors (not essential but highly regarded)
High level written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills necessary to manage varying and/or conflicting stakeholder demands.
Proficient computer and administration skills (Microsoft Office and rostering systems).
