The Role

 Providing key support to hirer and candidate queries you will:

  • troubleshooting problems,
  • educate and provide solutions to our customers across Australia and NZ.
  • support new products as they are released 
  • provide valuable insights from customers and candidates to product teams for innovative product solutions 


How do I know if I'm the one

 

  • previous customer service, sales support experience in a fast-paced customer centric environment
  • a natural ability to trouble shoot and remain calm under pressure
  • good time management, prioritisation and follow-up
  • experience with working towards firm deadlines
  • an ability to manage customer complaints with patience and understanding
  • a problem solver by nature.
  • a lateral thinker who loves to be proactive and one step ahead by anticipating clients' needs
