About the Role:
Based in Prestons, Sydney, the Customer Care Team Leader is an exciting new role for Maytronics Australia that has been created to help establish and lead a small Customer Care Team.
As a dynamic Team Leader, you will thrive from being hands-on and handling end-user customer calls and enquiries, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional customer solutions.
In this role you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care Team, including escalations, KPIs and resources
Proficiently handle sales, product and service enquiries, suggesting information about other products and services
