About the Role:

Based in Prestons, Sydney, the Customer Care Team Leader is an exciting new role for Maytronics Australia that has been created to help establish and lead a small Customer Care Team. 

As a dynamic Team Leader, you will thrive from being hands-on and handling end-user customer calls and enquiries, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional customer solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care Team, including escalations, KPIs and resources
  • Proficiently handle sales, product and service enquiries, suggesting information about other products and services
  • Managing leads, initiating/processing orders, prepare correspondences
  • Focus on continuous improvement, reviewing & writing processes, templates and identifying efficiencies
  • Lead performance reviews and performance management as required
  • Develop and foster the Customer Care Team culture in line with Maytronics Values
  • Input and maintain Customer Relationship Management system
  • Weekly reporting and analysis

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

Whilst embodying our company values, you will also have the following:

  • Experience in a Senior Customer Care position, ideally leading a small team
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices SalesForce highly desirable
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Tech savvy skills and experienced in the Microsoft Office suite
