Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated Case IH Ag Machinery Dealership, located in Warren NSW. We strive to partner with our customers to ensure that effective and efficient solutions are provided to assist with the success of their businesses.
We are looking for another Parts Interpreter to join our team.The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service and technical parts support to our customers and our service team. It is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail.
The roles responsibilities and duties will include:
Interpret for our customers at the counter and over the phone
Interpret for our service department
Provide advice regarding parts specifications
Source and order parts from numerous suppliers
Raise purchase orders, prepare quotes/estimates and debtor invoicing
Prepare orders for dispatch, picking and packing
Receipt in-shipments and deliver to proper inventory locations
Follow up on back orders and stock
Restock showroom as necessary
Efficiently communicate with customers on progress of part deliveries
Administration tasks as required
Any other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate:
Customer service driven
Has a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Is proactive, punctual and reliable
Has a willingness to learn the role
Shows initiative and desire to continually build their knowledge base
Enjoys dealing with a wide array of people daily and maintains professionalism at all times
Maintains a neat and tidy appearance
Has the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Has the ability to work under pressure and professionally at all times
Holds a current drivers licence
Desirable but not essential:
Mechanical knowledge of Agricultural and/or Construction parts or a willingness to learn
Working knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry
Understanding of computer based inventory control systems (Voyager/Gateway)
Experience as a parts interpreter or similar role in the agricultural or automotive industry
Extensive and ongoing skills training will be provided and an competitive remuneration package is on offer to the right applicant, commensurate with attitude and experience.
