About the Role

This role involves two main components - administration/ processing duties, and analysing data for sales, marketing and client success management. The Client Support Analyst's main priority is to ensure that the sales and marketing department (Client Success team) are supported through the coordination of sales and marketing related activities including administration, analysis, insights and the management of data integrity.

About you

  • Extremely accurate attention to detail and the ability to analyse business data and determine trends and areas to improve the business.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills with an excellent phone manner and email etiquette. 
  • Exceptional ability to remain calm and effectively solve problems under pressure.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Competent mathematical ability and confident to discuss company cases associated with the Accounts Department.
  • Preferred Business or Accounting degree/ qualification (currently studying or completed)
  • Required to have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.

We are looking for someone to start immediately with interviews commencing from the 6th of July 2020.
