We are currently looking to fill the position of customer service coordinator within our business.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience leading small teams and coordinating sales plans, customer order scheduling and have a flair for social media and marketing campaigns. Product knowledge will be critical as well as a strong understanding of the construction materials industry. You will be dedicated towards customer service excellence and be motivated to building strong working relationships.
Candidates applying for this position must be outgoing and have a proven track record supervising and coaching small teams, with a high regard for exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to be part of something special. You will become an integral part of our management team, responsible for key account customer management, coordinating sales activities and delivering high quality results for our customer.
This will be a rewarding and unique opportunity for the right individual, reporting to the sales & administration manager while working closely with the site supervisor in the planning and implementation of day to day business activities.
Work hours vary between Monday Friday 6:00am 5:00pm | Saturday 7:00am 12
Candidates will preferably reside within the Sunshine Coast region
