CE Smith & Co is a well established and respected Chartered Accounting firm located in North Mackay. The reception / administration role is pivotal to upholding our valued client relationships and offering essential support to professional staff.
In this busy role you will be the first point of contact greeting clients, visitors and team members, answering incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries. The successful candidate will be immaculately presented and be both professional and friendly.
We are seeking someone with recent experience in a Reception / Admin role.
Duties & responsibilities include:
greeting clients, visitors and team members both in person and by telephone
collecting/delivering mail and running errands including daily banking
scheduling and maintaining appointment diaries
dealing with inwards correspondence and making ATO phone calls
lodging of tax returns and activity statements
ensuring reception, boardroom and kitchen kept tidy
ability to cover other administration roles
Skills & experience include:
demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with excellent spoken and written English
demonstrated experience in a reception/admin role
competency with computers, Microsoft Office and high level typing speed and accuracy
attention to detail and ability to prioritise work in a high pressure environment
