Bookkeeper permanent part time

Our Community,  Not-for- Profit Child Care Centre requires an experienced bookkeeper. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:-

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Financial accounts and general ledger
  • Reconciliations including Grants
  • BAS preparation Payroll,  including Superannuation, Awards, Workcover etc
  • ATO compliance reporting
  • Assist with collection for fees and issue receipts
  • General office administration as required
  • Preparing Budgets and Reports for the Director and Management Committee

REQUIRED SKILLS:-

  • Solid Bookkeeping experience with at least one year  experience.
  • Proficient in using MYOB accounting software
  • Proficient computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office including Excel 
  • Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, willing to perform and assist in other office duties as required
  • Ability to self-manage and meet timelines.
