In this key role, you will assist the Office Manager and Managing Director with all administration tasks.
Reporting to the Office Manager your leading efforts to provide continued support, will include, but are not limited to the following responsibilities;
General Administration Duties
Onboarding new personnel and coordinating site mobilisation
Booking travel & accommodation
invoice entry into MYOB
Updating Excel Job Registers
Updating Skills Matrix
The ideal candidate will have;
Ability to follow instructions, and with minimal supervision
minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
Intermediate excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program's
Must have Experience with MYOB accounting software
Exceptional communication skills, combined with professional presentation
A desire to expand and develop their professional capabilities
