A position is available in Toowoomba for a highly organised Administration Officer in a Quality Residential Building Company. Full time or part time

Previous experience in the industry is advantageous, but not essential. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel, & Outlook.

Duties include;

  • Professional sales & friendly customer service
  • Phone answering and filing
  • Confident client liaison & exceptional communication skills
  • Data entry & various administration/reception duties
  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Supervisors

The position is suited to someone who is able to work both in a team and independently and can prioritise responsibilities ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
