The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Business Administrator with day to day office management including accounts payable and receivable, payroll and other general and administration duties.
Throughout your role as Admin Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the team. The key skills required to be considered for this role are:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Ideally, have experience working with MYOB and Simpro or a similar Accounting and Job management software
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
Positive, friendly and eager to learn attitude
A current drivers licence.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of our team. Full training will be provided with an opportunity for permanent part-time to a full-time position in future.
