This rapidly emerging start-up is based in the heart of Melbourne. Specialising in digital marketing for their clients, they create impactful campaigns with a strong ROI across SEM, SEO, CRO, PPC, Ecommerce and Social. Priding themselves as lead generation specialists, they help SMB's grow their digital presence, ultimately assisting in creating new business and increased revenue. 

Backed by a wider group of established agencies based in both Melbourne and Sydney, this vibrant start-up is looking for a Head of Growth who can set the pace, establish the culture and implement processes across the business. This is a foundation role within the brand, with the initial expectation of driving new business whilst liaising with the implementation and strategy team to deliver top quality campaigns to their clients. With an existing client-base as well as a network of brother/sister agencies, this role is set up for success. This is a leadership position with the ultimate aim of recruiting, training, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to accelerate revenue. 


  • Driving company sales revenue and client-base
  • Developing & Implementing plans for new business
  • Driving market share across channels, categories and markets
  • Keep control over sales expenses and budgets 
  • Forecast as per sales plan.
  • Client and account management
  • New business pitching 
  • Recruit, onboard and grow a sales team to accelerate revenue 
  • Ensures sales effectiveness by managing, motivating and training staff
  • Setting up processes, guidelines, KPI's and commission structures. 
  • Assist in defining office culture 
  • Work alongside the strategy and implementation team to drive successful campaigns for the company's clients. 


  • Prior experience within a digital marketing agency 
  • Prior experience with growing, leading and managing a team
  • Proven track-record of attaining new business and growing revenue 
  • Excellent account management skills 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing: SEM, SEO, Social, Ecommerce, CRO and PPC
  • Exposure to managing budgets and projects
  • Passion for all things digital 
  • Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Capable of setting the pace and generating culture across the business 
  • A hunger and drive for success

Working directly with customers to drive new business, you will bring your motivation and hunger to help you succeed. Set the pace and culture within the agency, ultimately growing a team to accelerate revenue growth.
