At Aardvark Pest Control we provide Pest Management services to Domestic, Commercial and Government sites.
We are a small to medium-sized business with a team of fully licenced pest management technicians on the road, and a full-time estimator & office manager, everyone works together to provide a very high standard of personal service to our domestic and commercial customers.
We require the services of an office administrator/receptionist.
Previous experience in an administration and reception role is essential. You will need to be personable and able to multi-task well, possess exceptional MYOB skills and have past proven track record in this field from previous employers. Duties include telephone management, processing and filing, checking orders, customer liaison, PA to the manager, booking appointments and scheduling fieldwork.
* Myob advanced experience
* Sales experience an advantage
* Manage industry compliance updates
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Minimum 2 years continuous employment with previous experience in the role
* Basic understanding of Building and Construction (not essential).
We are looking for a person to start within a week.
