Admin and accounts

We require an admin/ accounts person. Experience in admin is required, experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is preferred.

The job at a minimum is admin duties, printing, filling, making some phone calls, helping the sales team, writing up post bags, adding clients to our system and invoice creation. If the person applying has more accounts experience this could also involve pay roll etc.
