The Digital Officer/Organiser will take primary responsibility for WA Labor's social media and web assets, planning and executing social media campaigns, and working with WA Labor candidates to sell our message online.
You will be a creative and hardworking digital professional who thrives from a high-pressure environment and diversity in responsibility.
Experience in digital media management (including advertising) and strong written communication skills are essential, as is a thorough understanding of the Australian and WA political environment. Experience in parliamentary or labour movement roles will be highly advantageous.
This position is offered on an ongoing basis from 1 August with a salary offered subject to skills and experience.
The Digital Director will lead WA Labor's online campaign for the re-election of the McGowan Labor Government.
You will be a highly experienced digital and communications professional with management experience. Experience in a political environment will be highly advantageous.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital political campaigning and organising, driving innovation in our techniques and developing and executing a full-scale digital and online advertising strategy for the election campaign.
This position is offered on an initial 6 month contract from mid-September, with the possibility to extend, and a salary will be offered based on skills and experience.
