Venture Financial Advisers are a well-established and highly respected financial planning organisation located in Central Bendigo. The firm offers all aspects of strategic financial planning advice and wealth management solutions to a diverse range of clients. 

Venture is currently offering the opportunity for someone to join the team as an Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the role involves proactively supporting our existing team to enable them to provide quality and timely advice.

As part of this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging internal meetings arrange times, venues, resources etc
  • Making appointments for Financial Planners with new and existing clients and communicating with all parties
  • Monitoring Financial Planner diaries and movements
  • A range of other administration tasks including scanning, printing, filing, data entry, managing client files, distributing internal and external mail, addressing/directing client enquiries etc.

 

The successful candidates skills will include:

  • Excellent analytical, organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills for dealing with enquiries regarding sensitive and confidential issues
  • Experience in an administrative clerical position
  • Well developed skills in computer software: Microsoft Office
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision and work to demanding deadlines.
