Bridges Financial Services, one of Australias largest national financial planning and stockbroking firms, requires a Receptionist / Administrative Assistance for our Wollongong office.
We are looking for a well presented and energetic person to be the welcoming face of our office.
In addition to reception and telephone activities, duties will include arranging appointments and associated paperwork, database recording, liaison with clients and general office administration.
A sound background in office administration with impeccable attention to detail is required. Familiarity with the financial service sector would be an advantage.
