Office Administrator

Yahava KoffeeWorks Basecamp Vasse is looking for an office administrator to join our team.  We are a fast growing business and require a dedicated team member to ensure the smooth running of our administrative office functions on a day to day basis, along with playing a key role in the financial success of the company.  The role includes key account management of our franchisees, data entry in Xero Accounting Software, stock ordering and management and general office duties.  Applicants should be highly organised, have great attention to detail and an affinity with both numbers and people.  Familiarity with Xero Account Software is a huge plus. The position is Permanent Part Time, Mon - Friday 25 - 30 hrs per week.  Some manual lifting and warehouse stock management is required and you will need to hold a manual car drivers licence.  If you are looking for a diverse, challenging role with consistent hours, and loads of free koffee, then we want to hear from you.  Full time hours are also available for the right applicant  Please send your resume to Attn Claire Thomson  A love of koffee required!  Applications close 15th July.
