Are you the Construction Accounts Administrator we are looking for?

Hall Group & Co Specialise in Residential and Commercial Projects. We are a fast growing company, seeking a accounts administrator to join the team. 

This is a full time position based in our office in Cheltenham. Reporting to the Finance Manager in NSW, you'll be responsible for the following: 

  • Time sheet creation
  • Payroll administration
  • Invoice payable & receivable administration
  • Following up trade/supplier accounts
  • Stock take
  • Assisting the project team
  • Adhoc administration when required
  • Office up keep
  • Stock & Inventory orders 

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience in an Accounts/Administration is a must
  • Experience using Xero is a must
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
